I opened up my draw the other day to discover that I don’t own a single matching bikini set. In fact I would have been lucky to even have found one solitary pair of bottoms !
So off to the shops I trotted to start a new collection of bikini’s for the new silly season.

For me bikini shopping is one of life’s larger challenges ( first world problems ). Between cut, print, fit and cup size I often end up walking out empty handed, overwhelmed by the challenge of it all. Desperate for a tan as I was, this time I was forced to push through and after two hours of mostly just starring blankly at the racks of bikini’s I picked up these two seperates from Seafolly. I think one of the reasons I am so indecisive with swim wear shopping, as apposed to general clothing shopping where I am never lost for what I want, is the practicality aspect. With clothes, even shoes, practicality rarely factors in to my decision making. But between bad tan lines and accidental nipple pops, practicality really does need to come into play when in the market for a bikini.
